Jerry Eng is the Sales Director for LexisNexis Southeast Asia. He leads a team of Business Development and Relationship Managers in market expansion as well as building a sustainable long term partnership with the clients.
Prior to joining LexisNexis, Jerry was the Head of Sales Planning & Development with CTOS reporting to the COO. He is a results and action-oriented Sales Professional backed with 20 years of rich and affluent commercial experience span across a diverse range of industries such as FMCG (Heineken, Fonterra & Lee Kum Kee), Chemical (Dulux), and Pressure Sensitive Label (Avery Dennison). He has experience in Key Account Management, Sales Operation, International Sales, Distributor Management, Channel Development and Training, Route-to-Market, Sales Incentive Plan, and Learning and Development. His most recent experience in Commercial Excellence for Avery managing India, Africa, ASEAN and Australia & New Zealand markets saw him spearheading the team in building the Sales Capability for the entire Sales Organisation while managing multiple projects involving Sales Learning Academy, the Salesforce CRM platform, and Sales Development Program & Sales Enablement.
Jerry is currently married with 3 girls and loves travelling. He is passionate about giving back to society through either knowledge transfer or charity.
