Navigating the ESG Landscape – Legal Strategies and Best Practices

ESG needs no introduction, as a key topic of discussion that continues to gain momentum across the globe. In an ever-changing landscape, however, clarity can be difficult to come by for local business leaders, where there may not be specific legislative requirements, but failure to enhance sustainability practices can result in withdrawal of global investment.

Navigating the ESG Landscape – Legal Strategies and Best Practices Singapore Conference 2023, conceptualised for lawyers, in-house counsel, and ESG compliance officers at the helm of operations, supplements the urgent need for practical know-how in navigating the intricacies of ESG implementation in accordance with transboundary obligations, and best practices for mitigating business risks, within the context of the ASEAN region.

This event will provide keynote and panel sessions, with moderated questions and answer, to answer some of the key practical questions about ESG law and practice. In addition, the event will include a series of Masterclasses for a deep dive into key topics. This event will be the first in a series of ESG law and practice events to equip lawyers in ASEAN with the necessary knowledge and skills to meet the challenges posed by ESG law and practice.
